Then people could subscribe to the correct blog for their zone. You would just have to post the information on the blog and then the feedreaders would send the updates? You could use a free blog service like blogsplot and it wouldn't need to be pretty. You wouldn't have to write the posts each time, just cut and paste from one zone to the next? Does this make sense? I don't think it would be more work than sending out e-mails to each zone group and it would be free and not limited to a number of subscribers.
