When do I plant and harvest peas?

Plant in early spring, 5 weeks before the last frost. In Utah County, this wll be late-March or early-April. To stagger your harvest, you can plant the peas for about a month (until the frost date).
For a fall planting, plant 10 weeks before your first fall frost date. In Utah County, this will be mid- to late-July.
Harvest snap peas (edible pods) 5-8 days after flowering, when the pod is full-size, but the peas are still small.
