		<description>After you harvest the broccoli you can soak it in cold salt water.  The bugs will come out.  I&#039;ve only had those cabbage worms but they come out with the salt water.</description>

		<description>Laura--I didn&#039;t have a lot of problems with broccoli, as far as bugs go. Obviously you can try chemical pesticides--I prefer the ones you can sprinkle in the corners and around the edges so I don&#039;t put any on the food itself. And there are lots of organic solutions, including companion planting. Certain plants help with disease and pests.</description>

IS there something I can do to eliminate this problem?  My family lOVES fresh broccoli, so I&#039;d really love to have it growing in our own back yard.
