About Cauliflower
Cauliflower needs cool growing conditions and in most areas it gets too hot before it is ready for harvest. The solution to this is to start it indoors, and transplant them when the weather is a little warmer.

This would be inside seed starting. Most places it’s still too cold to plant outdoors.
