2008 Garden, Third Week of March

  Most everything has sprouted! Today I transplanted into pots: Broccoli Cauliflower Dill Onions Parsley My peppers have not sprouted yet, and I’m trying to not be nervous about it. If they don’t show up soon, I may restart more seeds. This time I used Miracle Grow potting soil. I put it in a bucket and got it most (not wet) before filling the pots. 2008 Garden, Fourth Week of February

Everything is growing! I am very excited.  The other fun news is that I bought lights to help my new seedlings grow: 2 shop lights ($8 each) = $16 1 pack (2 bulbs) cool florescent bulbs = $8 1 pack (2 bulbs) warm florescent bulbs = $8 TOTAL = $32 Here is my setup: So, the top shelf has my jalepeno peppers on the left, and my broccoli and cauliflower on the right (with a few onions).
