hi, signed up for pink/olive and when I received the confirmation email it said my color was ‘custom’
I just updated the color chart–should be easy to figure out now! /find-color/
I have no idea what color should be for Kansas City MO. I just picked yellow . Guess I should read the instructions better.
I know I’ve been saying this for a while–but I AM working on it!
since we’re in florida, I didn’t notice a color for us, so we had to pick other. someday we’ll get a color!

need to purc hase crowns from ya to plant in east tx.
can i plant in raised beds are to i need more garden space,also heard male crowns only was the only way to go.need info. on this.

I’m guessing it is your browser. Under “Newsletter Signup” it has a place for name, email, and color group. If you restart your browser and still have problems, email me at mysquarefootgarden@gmail.com and I’ll add you manually.

Sorry the first sign up I did the color was wrong. The second one that is RED is correct. I am sorry. But just to make sure I live in Clarksville Tennessee.

I can’t fine Sarasota on the list, but looking at Florida it is likely that you live in a place that is essentially frost-free. The good news is, you can probably garden year round! The bad news is, you don’t really need the color system. It is designed for people who have a typical spring-summer-fall gardening season. Your best bet is to contact your local extension office (link is on the side) to find out about gardening in your area.

I mistakenly signed up for newsletter saying I was orange. Wrong! I find I am Green, so please kindly delete my sign up under orange. ( I signed up again, under Green)

Stuggling beginner, way beginner square foot gardener!
I’m not sure which color I am. We live in South Jordan and I’m guessing the last frost is in May. Any way to know for sure? Love your blog! Thanks for sharing.
I love your website. I’ve been doing square foot gardening for 4 years now and LOVE it! Your site is very useful.
I signed up for your emails…twice actually. The first time I mistakening put my color as yellow based on the Salt Lake airport frost date (I live in Sandy), but I really think my frost date is green (more like Lehi or Alpine since I live up on the bench). Could you delete my email submission for the yellow so I get only the green dates in my email?
